At Solace Studios, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3–4 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund if eligible. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind, so please double-check the size chart before purchasing. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is approved.
