Why Espada

I noticed a lot of people making Espada hoodies, but almost no one was making actual tees or shorts for them. And even when they did, the clothing rarely reflected anything about the character. It was just a shirt with a number slapped on it.

I wanted to do something different. Clothing that actually reflects who each of them are. Nel's torn outfit. Grimmjow's Desgarron. Ulquiorra's hollow hole and his own words on nihilism, printed across the back.

The Hardest Part

Nel's set gave me the most trouble by far. Finding the right fabric for girls' clothing took forever, and on top of that, finding an accurate size chart was nearly impossible. A lot of back and forth went into getting the fit and materials to a place I was actually happy with.

What I'm Proud Of

Out of everything in this drop, I'm most proud of the Nel set. Given how many hurdles it took to get there, seeing it come together the way I wanted means a lot.
